Stratton Schellinger and Ray Harden became owners of BEN KRUPINSKI BUILDER in 2018 having worked with the firm for 31 years and 16 years respectively. With a track record for hands-on project management, the long-time associates have been instrumental in growing BEN KRUPINSKI BUILDER into the region’s premier luxury home builder and general contractor. Priding themselves on achieving the finest results – on time and at the best price – they share a mutual passion for delivering consistent excellence to each client and every scope of project.
Ben Krupinski (1947-2018) was a lifelong resident of the East End who distinguished himself as a prominent businessman with a larger than life spirit and a deep commitment to the community.
He established BEN KRUPINSKI BUILDER in 1986. Earning a sterling reputation as the premier builder of luxury Hamptons homes, he was dubbed “contractor to the stars” by The New York Times.
The business grew to accommodate clients in their year-round homes in New York City, Westchester and Connecticut.
The firm became further known for undertaking essential renovation and construction for buildings open to the public, often at little to no cost, because Ben felt it was good for the community.
The energy and integrity Ben instilled in his team continue to serve as the cornerstones of our mission, to deliver consistent excellence, at BEN KRUPINSKI BUILDER.
